Day 9️⃣ 18 Box Jumps

Day 🔟 200m Med Ball Run Together

Day 1️⃣1️⃣ 22 Burpees

Day 1️⃣2️⃣ 24 Overhead Plate Reverse Lunges

Start with:

2 American KB Swings

Then

4 Sync Body Weight Squats + 2 American KB Swings

Then

6 DB Push Press + 4 Sync Body Weight Squats + 2 American KB Swings

Until all exercises are complete.
