Goal:
Run your best 5 km.

10 minute warm up RPE 2-3

Main Set — 5 km Run

Run 5 km at your best effort.

Approach:

First 1–2 km → RPE 6–7 (controlled)

Middle → RPE 7–8 (working hard)

Final km → RPE 8–9 (empty the tank)
